From the 1700s to today…

Deitch Eck is currently a homemade Pennsylvania Dutch cooking restaurant, but our history and dining room is full of Penn Dutch culture.

Our Chef Steve Stetzler

Steve Stetzler grew up near Deitch Eck and worked there since he was 15. Now, Steve is the current chef and owner!

On Wednesday, July 1, we will resume dine-in seating, as well as continued takeout service. Our hours will be Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat, 4 pm until 7:30 pm (last seating is at 7:30), Sunday 11:30 am until 6:30 pm (last seating is at 6:30), and Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. We will continue to practice safe sanitation measures, provide indoor seating that meets physical distancing guidelines, and provide hand sanitizer inside the front hallway and outside our restrooms. Door handles, dining room tables, and other common areas and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
